I’m Renald Thomas, a dedicated bodybuilding coach, online fitness trainer, and active competitor on the NPC (National Physique Committee) circuit. I’ve been living the lifestyle of bodybuilding since I was 14, and my passion for the sport drives everything I do. Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise not just in building my own physique, but in helping others achieve their goals—whether it’s gaining muscle, losing fat, or improving overall health—through personalized training and nutrition programs.
I put my clients’ needs and goals at the forefront of my coaching. Every program I create is tailored to individual fitness levels, preferences, and objectives. My approach emphasizes strategy, consistency, and structure—because results come from purposeful effort, not random workouts or extreme hype.
I am certified with J3 University Level 1 (2022) and have been mentored by top nutritionists, dietitians, and strength & conditioning coaches (2021–Present). I continuously invest in my professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest fitness research, trends, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge coaching.
Safety and client well-being are always my priority. I educate on proper form and technique, implement thorough health screenings, and make adjustments to meet evolving needs. From Competitor to Coach: My Path in Bodybuilding and Fitness

I didn’t start my bodybuilding journey with an IFBB Pro card. I began competing in 2013, and since then, I’ve been on and off—bodybuilding is an expensive and demanding pursuit, but I’ve always kept the dream alive. Every stage I step on, every prep I complete, is a chance to grow, learn, and improve. The real reward isn’t just the trophy—it’s seeing measurable improvements in my physique and knowing I’m moving closer to the body I’m proud of.
At 41, in February 2026, I’m in my offseason, focused on growth, making deliberate improvements, and preparing for my next show. Every rep, every meal, and every training session is intentional, all aimed at stepping on stage stronger and more refined than before.
My approach is the same one I live by: no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just structured training, smart nutrition, and a relentless focus on progress. The journey continues, and the transformation is only getting started—stay tuned.
